Tour provider's comments

This tour is considered easy to moderate and is suitable for beginners and first-time trekkers with a reasonable level of fitness. Daily hikes usually last 5–7 hours on well-marked trails with gradual altitude gain through forests, alpine meadows, and open valleys. The highest overnight stop is Kyanjin Gompa (3,870 m), with optional hikes to Kyanjin Ri (4,350 m) or the more challenging Tsergo Ri (5,033 m) for those seeking an extra challenge. No prior trekking experience is required, but good stamina, steady pacing, and proper acclimatization are essential to minimize the risk of altitude sickness. With gradual ascents and manageable terrain, this trek offers a rewarding Himalayan experience without the technical difficulty or extreme conditions of high-pass routes in the Everest or Annapurna regions.
